STEEL STUD DESIGNER (LIGHTWEIGHT METAL CLADDING)

AUTO CAD TECHNICIAN

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

AIR COMPRESSOR / VACUUM PUMP MECHANIC

Experience / Skills Required: Minimum of 3 years (on-the road) experience as a Air Compressor Mechanic or Mobile Industrial Millwright with proven knowledge of air compressor, microcompressor & mechanical operating systems. Ideally have pump experience or with a background in either diesel engines, aircraft engines, elevators, mining, managing piping installations, managing HVAC installations, installing petrochemical equipment; installing large water/sewer treatment plants; earth moving equipment, mechanical construction projects, managing steel erection projects; tunneling equipment; managing hydro repair teams, managing road repair crews & equipment, quarry equipment repair; locomotive repair or as a marine engineer or heavy mechanical equipment installer. Knowledgeable in Mechanical equipment with some PLC basic knowledge. PLANT MANAGER

Experience / Skills Required: A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar management position in a manufacturing environment, along with a Certificate in Administration or Industrial Relations, or a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Civil Engineering. Must have good communication and organizational skills, along with a good knowledge of the concrete industry and excellent computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel). Duties: This position oversees and is involved in the efficient running of the plant’s daily production activities, in according with plant priorities (cleanliness, safety, quality, maintenance and productivity). Responsible for following up with the various committees put in place and ensure that corporate management policies are applied. Other responsibilities include: Monitoring general expenses (labour costs, maintenance costs, etc.) and budget analysis. Attending and participating in all committee meetings, and implementing the decisions reached on the plant floor. Providing varying degrees of technical support in the plant. Developing locking procedures and work processes in conjunction with the supervisory team, and following up to ensure compliance with established standards during implementation. Leading the Plant management team, managing projects and improving processes to ensure projects are completed as expeditiously as possible. MECHANICAL ESTIMATOR (PLUMBING & HVAC)
