Experience / Skills Required: Must have at least 3 years of field experience. Must be good with clients (excellent customer service skills) and must be able to speak and write in English. A have a car for travel. Duties: Must meet minimum levels of experience in the following areas: - Computer hardware repair (A plus certification an asset). - Knowledge of windows operating systems going back to windows 2000 at the desktop and up to Windows 2003 server (Vista and Linux would be a bonus). - Must know about windows server security/permissions/domains and so forth. - Must know about TCP/IP. - Linux is a bonus but not required. - Must be able to set up Blackberry devices. Industry / Client: Small privately owned IT service company (both software & hardware). Location: Toronto Salary Range: $45,000
